In NEET also you need to check the cutoff percentile of OBC category i.e other backward class. They have separate cutoff and ranking.

The NEET cutoff percentile for obc category is 40th percentile. Moreover the number of students qualified from obc category are 63,789. So just see the OBC column in the cutoff list.
