Hello Kratika,

If you are a domicile if Rajasthan, then you need to apply through All India Quota seats for any college through admission counseling rounds in Kerala. State Quota seats are for the students that are domiciles of that particular state. There are All India Quota Seats reserved for domiciles of other states.

The counseling dates will be around the NEET UG counseling. You’ll have to keep a check on the notifications post the release of NEET results.
