The cutoff last year for OBC category was in the range of 460s only.so you seem to be just par. But that looks difficult this year.because the cutoff is going to rise that's what is predicted the reason being increased number of candidates and paper being easy as well. But anyhow you can try for private colleges through state quota and then you might be able to get through.

Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
