If your rank under the OBC category is 9877, then as per the previous year trends for admission in NIT Trichy for the OBC category, you don't seem to have much chance for admission under the Home state quota or the Other state quota.
You might have bleak chances for branches  Civil etc under the home state quota.
But the previous year cut offs are too high for this college, so the chances remain too less.
