To get admission in a government college, you need to score minimum 550+ marks out of 720
However the cutoff changes every year and so the safe marks range can't be predicted this way.
Getting 300 or + marks in  Biology subject only will not make your selection.. you need to attempt 5-10% of Physics questions and 20% of Chemistry.
For these last months left for the exam.. focus more on biology part as it is scoring subject, but along with it study most important chapters/topics in both Physics and Chemistry also.. in order to be on the safe side. Refer NCERT only . Try to make keyword type notes + prepare formulae chart. This way of preparation will help you a lot. Keep maximum MCQs practice it'll clear your concepts + you'll get the question-level-pattern level and also gain confidence in solving the question correctly and that too in less time. firstly just by biology its not that easy to get 300 because the biology will be that hard while kindly prepare for physics and chemistry as well for a helping hand 

coming to score for getting govt college you must atleast have 400+ under state quota while on 300 score you will get private and govt aided college
