Nationality - The candidate must be an Indian citizen.

Domicile -

The candidate must be a Gujarat resident by birth

Or

The candidate must have passed 10+2 in a school situated in Gujarat

Or

Parents of the candidate must belong to Gujarat and must be living there at the time of admission.

Qualification -

The candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. And any of the Chemistry/ Biology/ Computer/ Vocational Subject. Candidates appearing in the 10+2 examination are also eligible for the exam.

Minimum Marks - The candidate must have scored at least 45% marks in 10+2 or equivalent. Minimum marks for C/ST/SEBC/EWS is 40%

• The candidate must be a permanent resident of the Gujarat state.
• The candidate must have completed his/ her Class 10th & 12th from Gujarat Board. Candidates who have passed Class 10th & 12th from the CBSE board are also eligible for the entrance exam.

There is no restriction on writing CET of any state on the basis of domicile or borthplace. However, if a particular state has a separate quota for non-domicile students, then you would be eligible only for that quota.
