According to previous year cutoffs of AP-Eamcet the closing rank of ECE in SRKR College under BCA category is around 18451 but your rank is above that rank, Hence it would be impossible for you to get the seat but just the change of rank in thousand can give you seat,so pray to your belief for better chances.
