Analysing the previous year data, with this marks, you can get good colleges for BAMS and BHMS. You have low chances of getting government colleges for these courses, but you can obviously get some good private colleges in Telangana. Also note that the cut-off rank changes every year depending on the difficulty of the paper,and the number of candidates appearing for it.
