If I consider the previous year data .Then you have  little chances of getting admission in any of the government colleges in uttar pradesh through state quota .
You can get the following two colleges .

• U.P. Rural Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Etawah 492 marks
• Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya Medical Institute, Lucknow 469 marks

The cutoff changes almost every year,so nothing can be predicted much.cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
