First of all 530/720 is a good score. Well the marks for admission in Ms Ramaiah medical college is 686 - 510. This means that you have a chance in that college but the selection is not very certain as the no.  of seats are less.

Rest, I would suggest you to apply for the counseling and wait for the rounds of counseling.
