So you might face difficulty in gaining a seat at very good medical college , though gates are always open for mediocre cllg , since587 is also a decent score.

As per your said marks and as per the last year cutoff trend you have little chance for the government medical college in uttarpradesh under 85% state quota in OBC-NCL category.

• Government Allopathic Medical College, Banda, UP

• Government medical college shahranpur.

• Government medical college azamgarh.

• Government medical college jalaun.

See, for now it's difficult to predict the exact cut-offs until and unless the AIQ and state Counselling results are announced .The cutoffs keep changing every year depending in various factors like no. of students appeared, difficulty level of the paper ,seat matrix etc. But we can predict the probablity of your selection based on last year cut-offs . In 2020 the NEET cutoff marks  in UP for OBC category through State quota was 606 and a closing All India Rank of 16990 .

Also this  year a total of 9 medical colleges have been inaugurated in Uttar Pradesh by our respected PM Narendra Modi .So it's expected that the state cut-off in Uttar Pradesh will be lesser compared to last year's . So it is adviced for you to wait for UP state quota counselling to commence . Since you have obc ncl category,it's expected that you might get a college .
