It wiuld be difficult to tell you exactly about the marks required for admission as the cutoff varies every year depending on several factors such as the difficulty level of the exam, number of candidates appearing in the exam, availability of seats, etc.

However, you should aim to score 550+ marks in the exam to get a seat  in St. John's Medical College. Also, according to the previous year fee structure, total fee for private setas was Rs. 570430.
