I am from west bengal but i have filled state of eligibility as Tamil Nadu in neet application, will there be any problem??

yes definitely because when during the verification of documents will be asked to produce your proof of domicile of giving class 10 and 12 examinations of a particular state if you produce the West Bengal documents and your choice in the forms as Karnataka you will not be validated as a candidate of either state
the best option will be to make use of the correction window available from 14 to 31st January 2019 for the NEET UG during which we can change the option back to West Bengal if you have the requisite documents of your domicile in West Bengal to avail the 85% state quota of West Bengal
