But with this score you can get a seat in any of private medical college under management quota.

However nothing can be said with absolute certainty until the counselling procedure begin

It will be difficult to get admission in goverment college, but you can try in private college/management quota if possible. It depends on your category as well, if you are from general category its almost impossible to get in government college.
