I am getting 118 /396 in jee adv 2020 .what will be my expected rank?

You haven't mentioned your category,so assuming it to be general, you could get a rank around 21k-24k as per past year marks vs rank trends. If you belong to the general category then getting an iit could be very tough.
You might have a chance if you belong to any reserved category or if your are a female as cutoffs tend to go high for them
