Your question itself is answer to your reply.  You asked about your 'chances' and I have given my answer based upon the previous year trends and other factors however if students above you in your particular category are accepting offers of admission then nothing much can be done. I tried my best to help you, if you don't think the opinion is not helpful to you it's okay. Allotment will happen on its time. I hope you understand no one can concretely predict because at the end of the day it's the  students who are participating in the counseling and the their preference will be a deciding factor.
