With your marks that are 462/720 and your category that is BCB, the cut-offs for 85% State Quota seats in Andhra Pradesh are-
AU area:
Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Srikakulam - 441/720
SVU area:
Government Medical College, Anantapur - 427/720
This means that your marks are above the margin and you're quite eligible to get a government MBBS seat in your state, Andhra Pradesh through the 85% State Quota.
