I am getting 47 marks in mechanical set 2. I have obc quota . Do i have any chances of NITs??

  • You can get industrial safety engineering , material science,industrial metallurgy in nit trichy which is a top  nit and it's placement are also very gud specially for industrial safety engineering as I am also getting same marks that you are getting 47 in mechanical obc quota set 2

It is difficult to predict like this as GATE marks are normalized and that is only done by the IITs. However OBC cutoffs are also high comparatively especially for Mechanical. I am sorry but I think slim chances in high ranked NITs. However please check GATE cutoff in this article for the past year to get an idea.
