Hi gauri,  there are two types of seats for admission to the government medical colleges- 15 percent All India Quota seats and 85 percent State Quota seats.

Cutoff required for admission varies every year. Some of the factors determining the cutoff are:

The number of sanctioned seat in the college candidate has applied for admission
Total applications received for admission
The category of the candidate
Number of candidates appearing in NEET exam
Performance of candidates in the exam

Also, getting a seat depends on the choice filling done by the candidate. So, it would be difficult to tell you exactly about your admission chances. I can provide you the previous year cutoff data for reference and to have an idea about your admission chances.
For admission to the AIQ seats in medical colleges of chhatisgarh, candidate should have 540+ marks in the NEET exam.
For admission to the state quota seats, 460+ marks can be a good score to fetch a seat in governemnt colleges.

I am providing you the previous year cutoff of some colleges for reference

Chhattisgarh Institute of Medical Sciences, Bilaspur- 498 NEET marks
Govt. Medical College Rajnandgaon- 467 marks
Got. Medical College, Ambikapur- 458 marks
Pt. J N M Medical College, Raipur- 509 marks

Also, I am briefing you the Counselling process for admission:
Eligibile candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria are allowed for admission and such candidates have to register for the state counselling. Candidates who are the domicile of the state can register.
After candidates register for the counselling, the authorities release a state merit list. Candidates included in the state merit list are eligible to appear for online counselling sessions.
During the online counselling, shortlisted candidates have to do the choice filling in which they have to provide the choices of colleges in which they wish to get admissions. As per the selected choices, state merit rank, availability of seats, reservation criteria and other factors, admission is granted to the candidates.
Important admission dates are as follows:
Release of online application form- June 21, 2019
Publication of merit list- June 28, 2019
Seat allotment - Round I-June 29, 2019
Document verification- July 1-4, 2019
Reporting at the allotted college- July 1-5, 2019

All the best!
