Dear Vineet,  NTA hasnt released any official information regarding EWS reservation in NEET this year yet. Until it has been officially announced, EWS category candidates will be considered as General Category Candidates. Under State Quota for General Category, 469 marks secured a seat in Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya Medical Institute. That was the cut off. You might also have a chance at UP Rural Institute of Medical Sciences. Their cut off was 492. Having said thay, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of.seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. So we would suggest you to wait until the official answer key has been released to weigh in your options. 469 is misprinted thats not the actual cuttoff (compare it with rank and you will see) 492 is fine But this year 492 is same as 540-550 So chanches are mere

Hi aspirant
Usually 500 marks are considered sufficient enough for getting a government college through NEET and you are very close to it
There are about 34000 seats in government college for MBBS and 3000 for BDS
Your rank will be around 23536-25536
You can check your rank using the following link

So as there are around 34k seats you would definitely get a government medical colleges
Fore more information about your college you can check The following link
