Hi rajkumar,

Whether you can get a seat At score 500 depends on your category and the state domicile you have. Wait for the results. If u could give us these two details we can give you a clear picture regarding it.
On taking a drop... it depends on you. If you feel your score will improve then take it. Also keep in mind that with each passing year exams tend to get tougher and more competitive.
Hope this helps

Hi dear,

Last year cut off for general candidates in Rajasthan under state quota was 560 at Government Medical College, Dungarpur and via AIQ was 555 at government Medical college Pali.
Though it seems difficult to get a seat in general category at score 500, Wait for the results to know this year's cut off . Keep in mind that cut offs are subject to change.
Hope for the best

According to me it's better to take college either private or government. If you are not weak financially and can afford private college fee take admission else take drop for getting government college.

For another drop ask your parents to keep believe in you and you'll do better and score more marks next time
