As per the analysis the level of NEET exam was from easy to moderate so there will be a slight increase in cut-off marks this year so if you belong to general category and if you are applying under 15% all India quota seats then your chances of getting a seat in government medical College is difficult but if you are applying under 85% state quota seats then you might get a seat in government medical College but it will vary state to state but you will easily get a seat in private medical colleges.i hope this information helps you.

Most probably you could get a seat at govt. Medical college of your state. If not, you can move to private college of your state.
