Scoring 513 is a good attempt in NEET . You can get into the Government college . But It may possible that It was not upto the mark . I would rather suggest you to go for any reputed private college , if you can afford it , than any substandard college.

513 marks in neet is quite an average score this year. You know that the cutoffs change every year so it is quite difficult to predict. Now going by last year's data, getting any government Medical colleges through All India quota with this score would be difficult as the cutoffs are quite high through all India quota. And you belong to general category it would be more difficult. However you can try for state counselling as the cutoffs for state quota candidates are quite less.
