see this year gate cutoff for electrical engineering is going to increase, so we expect that the cutoff will be higher for ee, however the cutoff for psu's also depends on number of vacancy will come, but you have decent chances for nits and lower rank iits like iit guwahati, iit varanasi, iit bhilai etc.
