Hello, if you are getting 554 marks in neet UG under OBC category then you definitely has good chances in Motilal Nehru Medical College Allahabad, Lala Lajpat Rai Medical College, U.P. Rural Institute of Medical Science and Research Etawah, government medical college Ambedkar Nagar, government medical college Jalaun , Government Medical College Azamgarh, Government Medical College Saharanpur.

With 554 marks, you have very good chance of getting a seat in Government Medical College under state quota in U.p.
Last year marks required in neet for obc category under state quota is:-
Sarojini Naidu Medical College:- 545
Maharani Laxmi Bai Medical College, Jhansi:- 537
Government Medical College, Ambedkarnagar:- 533
