Are new iits good enough with regard to placements for Mtech persuers?

The placement scenario is not good at all for m.tech students at new iits.

what about top nits, their placements? and what should be the preference list while filling up mtech for good nits with regard to placements? 

If you can get vlsi at any top NIT, then i can assure you that you'll get very good placement. Placements for some branches are really good in top NITs and IITs. Other branches include microelectronics,  signal and processing etc.Do explore your options i'd say.But honestly, at 57 marks in gate ee 2019, your rank will be around 6000, so I'm afraid you'll get NITIE or old IITs or even NITs at that rank
