First of all, my heartiest congratulations for notching such a wonderful score in NEET 2019. RIMS remains one of the favourite medical colleges for the students of Jharkhand and the college absolutely boasts of it's perks.

As we all know that the 2019 NEET paper was slightly on the tougher side than that of 2018, we might expect a shift in the ranking of students. 

As per the trends this year, a score of 605 might fetch you an AIR near about 5000.

And the statistics of RIMS say that you have a good chance of making it through into the premier institute. I even had a friend last year, who got in RIMS under UR category of State Quota with a marks of 544 and an AIR of about 8.6k.

Hello Basant Kumar,  Still cut offs for this year has not released so you can make prediction on basis of last year cut off. As per the last year cut off students with 580+ marks were got seat in RIMS college.  So as per last year cut off  you have a great chances getting this college with 605 marks.
