With this marks, your chance of getting call from any PSU is very less. But you can apply for PSU. For get admission in IITs, your marks should be more than 75+.
But you may get chance in some IITs.
You can join top NITs with this marks.

congrats for ur good performance in the exam. I can help u in the situation u r stuck.Since u have scored 69 marsks in the GATE exam u are well above the cut off score. 

About choosing IITS for ur further studies u are having a great variety in that as u r having enough score for that.tHE MARKS U HAVE SCORED GIVE UR SCORE BETWEEN 650 TO 800. The cut of score of some good colleges are

IIT BOMBAY  600

IIT DELHI 725

IIT MADRAS 769

Now about joining PSUS for ur job experience u can apply for that too as u are having a good marks but since ur discipline is one among the crowdiest u must be having ur rank less than 400 to get the job.
