According to your score in GATE to get into a good PSUs is difficult if you belong to general category but if you belong to any reserve category you might have a good chance. But see first you have to consider two things before taking into consideration previous year cut-off as the no. Of candidates applying for the post may vary and also the level of the exam. So, you only can predict as which PSUs you have a better chances of getting in final result will totally depends.
