You have not mentioned your rank ,according to your score in JEE Mains Paper2 I think your rank should be some where between 65,000 to 75,000. There are very little chances of getting  a seat  in the colleges that you have mentioned. I hope at least score of 250 or above is a reasonably good score for getting a good college for B. Arch. Still hope for the best.
