First thing first congratulations to you for getting 68.75 percentile in SNAP. Now i would like to talk about SIBM PUNE  and SCMHRD well it is a very well reputed institute and considering the last year cut-off and your percentile.you are not likely to get a call from the college as you are not meeting the desired college cut-off

Usually, the cut-off for SIBM is around 97%ile and SCMHRD is 94-96%ile. As the Marks to percentile relation depends on various factors it is difficult to predict percentile accurately.

Although, as per the trends, there a very good chance that you may get a call from both SIBM and SCMHRD with 68.75 marks in SNAP.
