Hello Aspirant,

Yes, you may have chance of getting in a government college through your All India rank.If I consider previous year's seat allotment you may get ESIC medical College and hospital, Hyderabad. However it is subjected to change but getting a seat in government college is possible in your case.Do not be tensed and hope for the best.
