Yes you can apply for this college if you fulfill the basic eligibility criteria i.e.

1) 50 percent aggregate of PCM in 12 th

2)Have given engineering entrance exam i.e. JEE main

In first year of engineering chemistry is a compulsory subject irrespective of the branch you choose and from second year you will have all the subjects of civil line. However this will not be quite difficult to clear this subject if you study hard.
