You haven't mentioned your home state. Analysing the previous year data, getting CSE in any NIT would be a little difficult for you. You can get some lower NITs with this rank but getting CS there also can be a little difficult with this rank. Don't worry, you can get many other good private colleges.

Also note that the cut-off rank changes every year depending on the difficulty of the paper, and the number of candidates appearing for it.
