Dear Sir/ Ma'm, with a score of 380, you obviously do not have chances of getting a MBBS seat in any college through the 15% All India Quota Counselling. However, you might have comparatively better scope if you participate in your 85% state quota counselling and more so if you are a reserved category student as the cut-off for reserved category students are generally lower than general category ones. Since, you have not mentioned us the name of the college, we could not answer the rest half of your question.
