Neet has nothing to do with 11 certificates.
It only asks for the document s and certificates of 10th and 12 th.

Heres the list of documents required at the time of form filling and admission in NEET:

Call Letter/ Hall Ticket/ Admit Cards of NEET-UG exam provided by CBSE.
Result/ Rank letter
Date of Birth Certificate (if Metric Certificate does not bear the same)
Class 10thCertificate (for date of birth)
Class 10+2 Certificate
Class 10+2 Marks Sheet
