Hello Aspirant,
So basic requirement to get into or rather to apply for MIT Chennai are as follows:
1. The basic Minimum eligibility for UG Courses is 10+2 in science stream with 50% marks in PCM.
2. Candidates are selected on the basis of TNEA Counselling.
3. Application forms are available both online and offline. For the candidates of other states can apply online through TNEA Website.

But the problem is that MIT Chennai requires the candidate to be a domicile of Tamil Nadu. Students from other states can also apply provided that they have sought education from class VIII to XII in Tamil Nadu. So I would advice to keep your back up options ready for the courses you are looking for. Hope this answers your question. Good Luck.
