You must be aware of the things you read in class 11th and what you found tough to understand and what is easy. Now, if you want to study big 11th and 12th in one year, if you really can, then, I would suggest, segregate you time. Each day, assign some time for studying class 11th portion and then, class 12th portion. Also, study the portion of class 12th carefully so that you don't find yourself in the same situation with class 12th portion also. Focus more time on the portions you find difficult.
If you Study the pattern of question paper and then study topics accordingly, solve more question banks and previous year question papers, it will help you Study well, while saving time.
If you can't, in any condition, for now, focus on class 12th. After the finals, you can focus on class 11th or, take a drop of one year and prepare well.

As you have mentioned that you are going to give your board exams in 2021 and JEE mains as well , so first of don't get panic , there is a time of one year , first you should be focussed on your boards as they are most important , for jee you should relate the topics of 11 and 12 that is work power and energy topics is simiilar to electrostats and electrostats is simillar to magnetics just relate the things like this  as it will give you the confidence , hope you get this in case of any doubt feel free to ask .
