You missed know that NEET selection is not meerut best whereas it has entrance based selection.
Well still yes there is qualifying marks:
UR - 50%, OBC/SC/ST - 40%, PWD - 45% (minimum aggregate marks only for PCB subjects)
So yes you are eligible to appear for NEET.
