Hii,

As per KVPY Eligibility Criteria, 

• Candidates appearing under SB stream must be enrolled in 1st year of an undergraduate program in basic science(Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics & Biology) leading to B.Sc./B.S./B.Stat./B.Math./Int. M.Sc./Int. M.S.
• As you said you are in B.Sc with Computer Science then you are NOT eligible for KVPY Exam. It is a technical course, not a science course.

Unfortunately,  you can't apply for KVPY as a graduation pursuing student. KVPY is meant for class 11 and 12 students and the students below this level. You are not eligible to apply for KVPY.
