Dear Divya, To pursue M.Sc from IITs you should appear for IIT JAM conducted by the IITs. It is PG level exam conducted online for M.Sc and M.Sc -Ph.D. This year the exam was conducted on February 10th. You have to appear for the exam next year if your ultimate goal is to study M.Sc in IITs.
