Hii Anil,First of all, I appreciate ur dream of becoming a doctor.Inorder to achieve that goal,u should start now itself.Concentrate on ur NCERT text books, most importantly biology. Then for the part of physics and chemstry, buy guides like Arihant, pradeep or dinesh and try to solve many varieties of questions. And above all, work hardly. All the best for ur future endevours.

Hi Anil yes if you are willing to work hard for your dream, you could potentially realise your dream of becoming a doctor.

The recipe to success for NEET is to know it's a marathon you are running. It's not a sprint.

The following ingredients in order of priority, will help you realise your dreams and goals:

1. SELF BELIEVE . The most important thing. On some days you will doubt yourself, don't give up. If you fall down, get back up and keep on going. Watch motivation videos and do positive visualisations. It will  help you guys form a subconscious belief of success and wiring your brain to work hard.

2. Discipline. Schedule. Remember it's a marathon and you need to train for it. So have a schedule because over time it becomes a habit and following the schedule only becomes easier over time. Generally speaking, first 50-60 days are difficult to form the habit and you need self control. That's where you show discipline and strictness with yourself. After that magic number the schedule and habit is ingrained in your head and it only gets easier.

3. CONCEPTS over rote memorisation. Solve a lot of MCQS. Clear doubts. Never be ashamed of clearing your doubts but be proud of it. Always clear doubts. Explain concepts to your friends it's a hack to help you memorise in the long run by taking those concepts to your long term memory.

4. HARD WORK. CONSISTENCY. FALLING DOWN, GETTING BACK UP. NEVER QUITTING. SELF BELIEVE. It's a marathon remember. There are gonna be days when you would wanna quit but don't give in. SELF BELIEVE and a positive attitude along with hard work will take you to your dreams.

5. Take breaks. Some physical activity everyday would help a lot to reduce stress and make you feel relaxed and euphoric. Anything from playing a sport to cycling, walking in public gardens or running, yoga etc.

Hello anil
To become a doctor , you need to appear in exam- NEET after class 12, if you clear the exam then you become eligible for getting admission in different medical colleges depending on cut off.

SINCE YOU ARE FROM UP BOARD THEN YOU MIGHT NOT BE STUDYING FROM NCERT , SO I WOULD SUGGEST PLZ PURCHASE NCERT AS THIS IS THE BEST BOOK TO PREPARE FROM IF YOU WANT TO CRACK NEET.

Criteria for neet is
Lower Age Limit:Candidates should complete 17 years at the time of admission or will completed on or before 31st December 2018.

Qualifying Exam:Candidates must have passed the higher/senior secondary examination or ISCE which is equivalent to 10+2 examination after a period of 12 years study.

Subjects:Candidates must passed the above qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology & Mathematics or any other elective subjects with English.

Minimum Marks:Candidates must secure minimum 50% marks (GEN), 40% marks (SC/ST/OBC), 45% marks (GEN PH) & 40% marks (SC/ST/OBC-PH) taken together in PCB subjects.

Appearing Candidates:Candidates who are in the 12th standard can also apply. They must have to show the passing certificates complying with the percentage criteria at the time of first round of counselling.

If you want to join coaching institute then
You can use its books along with ncert . otherwise you can also use these books
PHYSICS - HC VERMA + NCERT
CHEMISTRY- OP TANDON + NCERT
BIOLOGY - TRUEMEN + NCERT

Also solve mcqs as they helps you retain more.
I hope it helps
All the very best

For neet NCERT is most important , these are the textbooks for CBSE affiliated board exams too. So you need to purchase NCERT textbook of both class 11 and 12th.

Hii Anil, Its very impressive that u have already made a choice regarding which course u have to select after plus 2.I am very happy to give u some information regarding how u can effectively study in the nxt yrs so that u can grab a seat in the medical entrance.First of all, let me tell u that ur NCERT textbook should be your primary reference.U must be well versed with the biology text books of pls1 and pls2. For the physics and chemistry part, u have to clear the concepts and do as many problms as u can from guides like ARIHANT,DINESH OR PRADEEP.

And most of all work hard and believe in yourseltlf.U will surely achieve ur goal..ALL THE BEST!!

Your boards percentage in class 10 or 12 does not really determine your career to a big accident of course it is a reflection of how well you have prepared the subjects which you want to study in future but ultimately you have to sit for the Neet examination and secure a good rank and the best way to do it is by practicing MCQs right from the beginning are made of class 11 and start giving mock examinations which your time bound by the end of class 11 or the middle of class 12 so that by the time you sit for the Neet after the your class 12 board exams are over 18 and well rehearsed with the examination pattern and can answer the MCQs confidently and think the mouth which will get you good marks and respectable rank in the examination after which you can sit for the counseling and get admitted to good Medical College and fulfill your dream of becoming a doctor
