You don't need to panic if you are 16 years now i.e. in October 2019, as to be eligible for Neet 2020 on needs to be at least 17 years by 31st December 2020, so now if in October 2019 you are 16 year old then in October 2020 , you will be 17 years old and thus you are eligible for neet 2020. But in case if you don't turn 17 years old by 31st December 2020 then you are not eligible for neet 2020.

Dear Himanshu, you can appear for NEET even if you are 16 years old now. If you will turn 17 atleast by December 31st of 2020, you are eligible for NEET. Along with that you should also secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology in your 10+2. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. If you fulfil this criteria, you are eligible for NEET. But if you are in 12th right now, you need to score this aggregate.
