Yeah yes, you can write.  You have to attain 17 yrs to write NEET exam. Otherwise you cannot write the examination, that is the eligibility criteria. You can write neet in 2021 Because the neet exam is in August so your age in the August month is 17 yrs then you can Write neet in 2021. All the very best.

This is because,

To be eligible for Neet 2021 examination one needs to be at least 17 years old by 31st December 2021

And you fulfill this criteria with your date of birth on 1st july  2004 as
you will be 17 years old on 1st july 2021 itself i. e you will be 17 years old before 31st December 2021 and thus eligible for Neet 2021 examination with your date of birth

Also,

To be eligible for neet 2021 you must be either appearing for your 12th board examination 2021 or should have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology and English and must have got at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination if belongs to general category , or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /stcategory.
