I am in general category and I just gave my jee mains paper 2 for B arch and I am expecting 200 will I get nit or any other good college?

Yes 200 marks is good marks for JEE Main paper 2 years the number of students appearing for JEE Main paper 2 is less therefore JEE Main paper 2 has less competition compared to JEE Main paper 1 and therefore you can expect some good college including NIT but is the difficulty level is not the same for every year therefore there will be some variation in your actual rank therefore just if it went along the Trends of previous years then it is good to go for NIT.

But l have heard to secure a seat in nit for a general candidate at least 250 marks are required
