You have not mentioned the exam in the question however you have used NTSE in the hashtag hence I am assuming that you weer talking about this exam.

NTSE is the National Talent Search Exam. You can get all the details from https://ncert.nic.in/pdf/programmes/NTSE/Examination(NTS-I)/Advertisement_Abroad_Students_2020.pdf

To apply for this exam you have to contact the State or the UT Liason Officer for procurring the application form.
