Hi Aspirant!

As per the rules, any student cannot get bachelor's/master's degree if he/she has active backlogs. And to appear in any governement exam, candidate has to show the marks achieved in the relevant degree.So, I would suggest you to first clear your backlogs, get your degree and then apply for any exam.

If your college is unable to conduct any exams, try to contact the authorities to solve your query. They will surely help you out.
