A candidate who is in first year of B.Sc with any of two subjects with Biology/Bio-Technology, Physics and Chemistry from a recognised board or university must use code 5. It must be a university level Examination and practicals must be included.And you must pass 10+2 with Biology, Physics and Chemistry.You haven't mentioned your subjects in Bachelor's degree.You can use this code only if you have any two subjects which are mentioned above.If you have any other subjects your code must be 7.

code 05 belongs to the candidates -

The first year of the three years’ degree course of a recognised University with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology including practical tests in these subjects provided the examination is a University Examination and candidate has passed the earlier qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Biotechnology with English at a level not less than a core course.
