Both the branches civil and CSE are good . Which is to select is all depend on your interest. As you are interested in both so you can think as job point of view.

For both branch opportunities are there . For civil more job opportunities are in government sector. And for CSE in private sector.

So first select  in which sector you want to work and then you can select branch.
