Look you have answered your question yourself , if you're enjoying your internship and at the same time worried about your career then recall everything you've done in these 5 years of Mbbs and did you really enjoyed ?? If yes then go for PG and you'll definitely rise like great doc and if no then analyze the points where you made wrong decisions . This analyzation will help you out in taking decision .
